Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) is seeking Night Shift Warehouse Associates to join our growing operations team. You will pick, pack and load customer orders for next-day delivery, using various picking methods and scanners, while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety standards.

You will safely operate forklifts and related equipment, meet LM productivity targets, and participate in cycle counts and shift hand-offs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; one year warehouse experience preferred.
• Must obtain certification and safely operate material handling equipment (MHE) including forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip sheet attachment, and clamper truck.
• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Safely unload trailers, verify load accuracy, and stage for put away.
• Pick and pack orders using label picking, scanners, or paper pick tickets.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per LM metrics.
• Operate MHE equipment as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using WMS tools and cycle counts.
• Assist in hand-offs between shifts and interact with delivery personnel.
