Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to select cases and other containers from multi-level warehouse storage systems to fill customer orders. You will operate pallet jacks/forklifts, wrap and label pallets, and ensure safety and quality standards while maintaining efficient workflow.

The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume environments, strong attention to detail, and reliable teamwork, with a commitment to punctuality.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, accuracy-focused environments.
• Strong attention to detail; identify variances, lot codes, and locations.
• Reliable, collaborative team member with consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and company guidelines; keep work area safe.
• Perform safety checks on pallet jack/forklift and wear PPE.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location.
• Locate products on racks using order sheets.
• Handle stock from pick slots to pallets and prepare for shipping.
• Transport completed pallets to shipping dock; shrink-wrap if needed.
• Maintain equipment and complete necessary paperwork at shift end.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
