Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to select cases and other items from multi-level warehouse storage to fill customer orders. You will use an electric pallet jack/forklift, wrap and label loaded pallets, and ensure timely shipment in a safe, efficient workflow.

Ideal candidates will excel in high-volume environments, maintain accuracy, and work well in a team. The role requires lifting 10–100 lbs, standing for long periods, and compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience working in high-volume, production-focused environments.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift repeatedly throughout shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and company guidelines to maintain a safe work area.
• Operate pallet jack/forklift safely and prepare for operations.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location guidelines.
• Move pallets on multi-level racks and locate products by order sheets.
• Handle stock items from pick slots and load onto pallets as required.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock and wrap pallets as needed.
• Complete required paperwork and equipment checks at shift end.
