Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Knowledge of Manufacture and Expiration Dates.
• Knowledge of Inventory Control Processes.
• Forklift experience.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed, while also developing a strong team culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Take proactive measures to uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness throughout the organization.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement; provide regular reports and analysis to management.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork.
