The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1+ years in a lead role, and logistics experience. National salary range is $62,500–$70,000 with comprehensive benefits and onsite work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years operations lead/supervisor experience preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning and objective setting required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop frontline associates; foster inclusion and teamwork.

• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide regular reports to management.
