Cardinal Health is hiring for a full-time Warehouse Operations role in Swedesboro, NJ. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of related warehouse/distribution center experience preferred.
• Automated or RF warehouse experience beneficial.
• Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (pallet jacks, cherry/order pickers, reach trucks, forklifts).
• Ability to work standing for long periods of time with frequent stooping or bending.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Fluent in the English language with the ability to read and write preferred.
• Ability to work in coordination with other team members to accomplish goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting established performance quotas and standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow established SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, sorting, pallet building and packing for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as assigned by management.
• Receive large boxes, scan products with RF scanner, and input product information into computer.
• Break down cases and operate equipment to replenish warehouse stock.
• Utilize voice-picking system for large case items and small unit items.
• Palletize items, wrap for shipment, pack small items in boxes.
• Drive material handling equipment as required (order picker, forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, etc.).
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks in a clean environment following safety rules.
