Job summary

MSC Industrial Supply Co. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Reno, NV (Whse) to handle goods through our fast-paced fulfillment center. You will perform manual and mechanical duties, loading, unloading, staging, and verifying items to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires certification to operate powered equipment, basic computer skills, and readiness to work overtime. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Willingness to work overtime to meet customer needs.
• Certified to drive powered equipment within specified time requirements.
• Certification to pick DOT-regulated items if required.
• Physical demands include standing, lifting up to 75 pounds, and climbing.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move product by hand, skid, or cart.
• Put away product including DOT items to bins/racks.
• Verify products using item numbers and descriptions; inspect packaging.
• Scan labels into the warehouse system.
• Stage product for put-away, overstock, or racks.
• Consolidate racks and move totes/skids for reuse.
• Operate basic and advanced powered equipment.
• Train cross-functionally to support business needs.
• Follow safety guidelines and meet productivity/quality targets.
