You will supervise 20–30 associates, drive on‑time shipments, and coach staff while ensuring safety and quality metrics are met across night schedules.

The role requires English fluency, 4–8 years of relevant experience, and a track record in team leadership with continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and coach staff; strong communication is essential.
• English fluency required; Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives (Lean or Six Sigma) a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Pivot Tables is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises 20-30 Outbound Operations warehouse associates.
• Manages daily staffing, scheduling, and performance metrics to meet quality targets.
• Ensures safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA, DEA, FDA, etc.).
• Coordinates maintenance and repairs of equipment; supports EHS audits.
• Leads hiring decisions for lead and staff roles; conducts coaching and performance appraisals.
