Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse Operations to lead a team of associates and ensure safe, efficient pick, pack and ship operations with day or night shifts. The role requires coaching staff, managing performance, and upholding high quality and on-time shipments.

You will monitor productivity, report results to management, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse operations. Cardinal Health fosters an inclusive, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years related experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to relocate for future growth; Six Sigma knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily work assignments and performance of Group Leads and Associates.
• Tracks efficiency and productivity metrics and guides timely completion of tasks.
• Ensures warehouse systems are ready and prioritizes the work of the team.
• Monitors attendance and maintains necessary headcount to hit objectives.
• Analyzes productivity and quality metrics and communicates findings to leadership.
• Performs performance evaluations and provides coaching for staff development.
