Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking team members for its Saint Charles distribution center to support pharmaceutical supply chain operations. You will receive and fulfill orders to ensure customers have products to care for patients.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, quality checks, and potential cross-training across warehouse areas. The role may require overtime, standing for long periods, and occasional cold environments.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for full shift.
• Must be flexible to overtime as needed.
• Able to follow direction and change priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced distribution environment and meet performance quotas.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders by accurately picking, packing and preparing for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as assigned.
• Wear steel-toed boots as required.
• Work in cold temperatures during parts of the shift.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a safe workspace.
• Train and certify on material handling equipment as needed (e.g., order picker, forklift).
