Cardinal Health in Dixon, CA seeks a Supervisor, Warehouse Operations to lead a night shift and ensure safe, efficient receiving and put-away of goods. You will coach staff, monitor metrics, and collaborate with leaders to maintain on-time shipments and high-quality service.

The role focuses on developing talent, enforcing safety standards, and driving continuous operational excellence across warehouse processes and teams in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of warehouse experience, preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, Spanish, Tagalog, or Punjabi a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily work assignments and performance of Leads and Associates. Tracks efficiency and productivity metrics to determine tasks behind- or ahead-of-schedule.
• Ensures warehouse systems are ready and schedules and prioritizes work for each group lead and team of associates.
• Documents and provides timely, accountable measures enforcing policy to drive culture.
• Monitors productivity and quality metrics including cycle times, lines per hour, shortages, damaged units, missed dispatches, and missed scans.
• Determines root causes of productivity or safety issues and directs staff on resolution.
• Identifies opportunities to improve operations and mitigates risks within the team and broader warehouse operations.
• Conducts performance evaluations and provides feedback to staff; creates development plans.
• Participates in interviewing and onboarding of new associates; supports trainings.
