Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in Valparaiso, IN. This full-time role averages 45 hours per week with a starting salary of $85,000 per year and scheduled increases to $90,000 in year 2 and $95,000 in year 3.

You will lead, schedule, and develop warehouse teams across ambient and temp-controlled spaces, ensuring efficient receiving, selection, and shipping to stores. Candidates should have a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred) and prior management experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and modifies daily work schedules considering warehouse needs.
• Coordinates job activities of direct reports and timings.
• Oversees receiving, selection, and shipping of product to stores.
• Monitors inbound/outbound deliveries for compliance.
• Develops action plans to improve operating results.
• Leads and trains warehouse personnel to achieve performance goals.
• Ensures safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversees relationships with carriers and vendors.
