Job summary

HelloFresh, operating Factor at its Aurora, IL location, seeks an Operations Manager, Warehouse to lead receiving, storage, and distribution on a night shift (Thursday–Sunday). You will coach teams, drive productivity, align with senior management directives, and ensure GMP/SQF compliance while maintaining exceptional internal and external service.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, training, and collaboration with procurement to secure materials and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse management or related operations.
• Experience managing teams of supervisors and frontline staff.
• Must be able to implement process improvements and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, shipping, storage and distribution operations.
• Coach and guide associates, leads and supervisors to maximize productivity.
• Ensure safety, GMP and SQF policy compliance.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Coordinate with production and other plant managers to maximize reliability and minimize costs.
• Develop and implement warehousing processes and training programs.
• Interact with procurement to ensure inventory supply.
• Conduct internal audits and management reviews of warehouse functions.
