Job summary

Factor_, a HelloFresh brand, is seeking an Area Manager, Warehouse for the Joliet, IL team. You will lead strategic operations across receiving, shipping, storage and distribution, coaching leaders and associates, and collaborating with senior management to meet directives.

Shift is Thursday to Sunday, 10:00am–8:30pm, with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You will drive productivity, manage audits, train staff, coordinate with procurement, and ensure a high level of

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or related management work experience.
• At least 5 years of work experience in warehouse management, with a track record of accomplishments as a manager and satisfying customers in technology-driven, developing companies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic operations within receiving, shipping, storage/distribution, and logistics.
• Direct activities and provide coaching and guidance to associates, leads, and supervisors.
• Work with senior management to complete directives of the company.
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP and SQF policies and PPE/hygiene procedures.
• Cultivate a culture aligned with HelloFresh core values.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints.
