Job summary

Stord in Dallas is seeking a Night Shift Operations Lead to supervise the loading, unloading, picking and packing of customer products. You will assign tasks, manage warehouse staff, and enforce safety and quality standards throughout the shift.

You will work to maintain high performance, prepare reports, troubleshoot equipment, and support cross-functional teams to meet service level agreements. Leadership and WMS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in a warehouse environment.
• Able to perform physically demanding warehouse duties.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to warehouse personnel and supervise daily activities.
• Oversee loading, unloading, picking, and packing of products.
• Complete reports and records promptly.
