Job summary

Stord is seeking a Night Shift Operations Lead to oversee loading, unloading, picking, and packing, while assigning tasks to warehouse staff on the Sun-Tue shift (5 pm–5:30 am). You will supervise tasks and ensure timely, accurate operations.

You’ll complete reports, troubleshoot equipment, and promote safe handling practices. A minimum of two years in warehousing, leadership experience, and WMS proficiency are required; a drug screen and background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a warehouse.
• Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to warehouse personnel and supervise loading/unloading, picking, and packing.
• Oversee outbound staging, labeling, and freight verification.
• Complete reports and records on time; troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with maintenance.
• Enforce safety policies and coach associates on safe handling and procedures.
• Work with other leadership to ensure quality customer service and productivity.
