Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company seeks a Warehouse Associate -- Material Handler in Little Rock, AR to support daily warehouse and production material flow, shipping and receiving, loading and unloading, and forklift operations.

Responsibilities include RF transactions, stocking and transferring inventory with barcode scanning, maintaining OSHA safety and cleanliness, and assisting cycle counts. A high school diploma or GED and PIT equipment experience are required; starting pay rate is $19.44 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience operating PIT equipment.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of powered lift truck experience.
• Ability to use basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supervisor to determine production materials needed for scheduled runs.
• Complete RF transactions in real-time to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other PITs per training and OSHA rules.
• Perform receiving and shipping activities, including loading/unloading and documenting movement.
• Pick, stage, stock, and transfer inventory using barcode scanning to ensure system accuracy.
• Maintain dock, staging, and warehouse cleanliness per safety regulations.
