Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate -- Material Handler to support daily material flow, shipping/receiving, and forklift operations in our Little Rock facility. You will assist in stocking, transferring materials, and ensuring accurate counts to support production schedules.

The role requires standing, lifting, and operating PIT equipment safely, with an emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, teamwork, and adherence to safety and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience operating PIT equipment.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years powered lift truck experience.
• Ability to use basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Organize work, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow a schedule and verbal/written instructions; strong communication in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supervisor to determine materials needed for production runs.
• Complete RF transactions to maintain inventory accuracy and compliance.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other powered equipment per rules.
• Perform receiving and shipping activities including loading/unloading and documenting movement.
• Pick, stage, stock, and transfer inventory using powered equipment and barcode scanning.
• Maintain dock, staging, and warehouse cleanliness for safety and audits.
• Supply production lines with packaging materials and return unused materials promptly.
• Transport pallets to dock for wrapping, staging, and shipping; ensure pallets are secure.
• Provide materials to production lines with FIFO to safeguard freshness.
• Respond promptly to production requests with urgency and ownership.
