Job summary

DSJ Global is assisting a client in recruiting a Night Shift Warehouse Manager for their Buffalo, NY site. You will oversee daily warehouse operations on the night shift, drive safety, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff, partner with senior leadership to close performance gaps, and implement continuous improvement plans. Foster teamwork, clear cross-shift communication, and efficient resource allocation to meet business demands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
