Job summary

Upstate Niagara Cooperative, Inc. seeks two Warehouse Supervisors for 2nd and 3rd shifts in Buffalo, NY. The roles require night shift coverage, weekends and holidays, and leadership over load-out, production, maintenance and quality control within a dairy warehouse.

You will supervise shipping, load-out, inventory, and safety programs, coaching staff and coordinating with production and purchasing, while driving improvements and SAP adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; candidates should be able to lead and motivate a team.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate direct reports’ performance.
• Able to think analytically and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in MS Windows, Word and Excel; strong human relations and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Achieve department goals for load-out, production, quality, safety, and cost reduction.
• Provide leadership to employees and foster a positive working atmosphere.
• Coordinate daily load-out to meet business objectives and schedules.
• Communicate non-compliances to Managers for corrective action.
• Assist with SAP training and ensure proper SAP usage.
• Maintain inventory control and adjust for variances in shipping and processing supplies.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance safety and performance.
