The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year warehouse experience, and the ability to obtain PIT certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of work experience required.
• Experience in warehouse/inventory management and data systems preferred.
• Basic computer applications including Word, Excel, and SAP.
• PIT certification required or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Capable of being cross trained within the warehouse department (recycle machines, yard driver, forklift).
• Capable of working flexible shifts when necessary, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Adhere to company policies, including PPE usage; report hazards promptly; monitor traffic at the Production Campus and main entrance.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records, conduct regular audits, and implement corrective actions.
• Shipping and Receiving: Ensure inbound/outbound shipments comply with requirements; oversee loading/unloading; coordinate with carriers; oversee yard management.
• Warehouse Organization: Optimize layout and storage space; enforce cleanliness standards.
• Quality Control: Monitor quality of incoming/outgoing products and investigate issues.
• Team Collaboration: Work with staff, supervisors, and other departments; provide guidance and training.
• Compliance and Documentation: Maintain records of shipments, inventory, and operations.
