Job summary

Allied Beverage Group in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Assistant Manager - Night Shift to lead night operations, ensuring safe, efficient warehouse activities from staffing to shipment accuracy.

The role requires 5–7 years of supervisory warehouse experience, strong WMS/Office skills, and the ability to work non-traditional hours. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and room for growth in a family-oriented, industry-leading distributor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in logistics management, mechanical engineering, or business management.
• 5-7 years of supervision level experience within a distribution warehouse.
• Operational supervision experience.
• Distribution of product experience.
• Preferred warehouse automation experience.
• Functional system understanding in WMS, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint; strong communication skills
• Ability to work non-traditional business hours including evenings, nights and weekends only when required

Responsibilities

• Planning: identify staffing requirements for warehousing and distribution operations.
• Building an Inclusive Culture: foster accountability and frontline development.
• Continuous Improvement: implement standard procedures and metrics for lean improvements.
• Collaboration: partner with operation managers and other functions to find improvements.
• Safety: lead safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
