Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Forklift Operation Associate Leader to supervise daily warehouse operations on a night shift (6:30pm–7am) with a focus on cost efficiency, process improvement, service, and safety. You will coordinate receiving, shipping, and material handling across one shift and lead frontline staff.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years leading teams in logistics, strong TPM/process improvement exposure, and advanced MS Office skills, with willingness to travel 5–10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading and developing others in logistics or distribution.
• 2+ years Project management skills.
• Ability to create a safe working environment and promote safety practices.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to work off-shifts, weekends and overtime; travel 5–10%.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations with focus on cost efficiency, continuous improvement, service, and safety.
• Coordinate receiving, shipping, and material handling for the facility.
• Identify and execute productivity opportunities to meet the operating plan.
• Manage staffing levels to deliver market needs.
• Operate forklift and address automated vehicle performance; regular floor presence.
