Responsibilities

• Plan daily delivery and pick-up schedules each morning.
• Coordinate deliveries using multiple computer programs.
• Respond to shipment or receipt requests throughout the day.
• Supervise forklift operators and labels to ensure efficient movement.
• Enforce safety procedures in loading zones and warehouse.
• Address shipping/unloading issues promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure orders are accurate and labels are correct.
• Maintain relationships with staff and supervisors.
• Comply with policies and regulations, support safety initiatives.
• Follow SugarCreek safety rules and perform other duties as assigned.
