Job summary

United States Cold Storage Inc. is seeking a capable warehouse supervisor to lead daily operations on 3rd shift at Quakertown East.

You will supervise the Cold Crew, ensure safety and food-safety compliance, and coordinate with shipping, receiving, and other departments to maintain inventory accuracy and productive throughput. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of supervisory experience, strong planning and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with RF scanners and WMS/MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; 2+ years of college or 2–3 years of supervisor experience.
• Experience supervising warehouse operations, preferably in a food/temperature-controlled setting.
• Proficient with RF technology and warehouse software, including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise workflow to meet safety, sanitation, and productivity goals.
• Lead the Cold Crew, foster positive relations and uphold company culture.
• Oversee overtime decisions, timecards, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to good warehousing practices, food safety standards, and inventory accuracy.
• Act as liaison between warehouse staff and other departments to optimize throughput.
• Operate within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to assign tasks and track inventory.
