Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Supervisor, SC Operations for night shift (Tuesday–Friday, 4:00pm–3:30am) to build a culture of high morale and ensure compliance with policies in the Piece Mod Department.

Responsibilities include training the warehouse team, coaching staff, maintaining customer service standards, enforcing safety procedures, and supporting warehouse management. Eligibility includes 3 years of relevant experience and good command of MS Office and scanners; bilingual

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory/lead role.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach warehouse team; provide development opportunities; recommend disciplinary actions when needed.
• Guide and encourage employees; improve performance and champion high standards.
• Establish, maintain and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures; safely operate equipment.
• Assist with evaluating employee performance; provide written and verbal feedback.
• Provide support and backup to warehouse management.
