Frank Beverage Group in Onalaska, WI is seeking a 3rd shift Warehouse Associate – Beer Picker to accurately select and build customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse. Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4:00pm start, 10-hour shifts.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, forklift experience, and strong attention to detail. The role emphasizes safety, inventory accuracy, and teamwork within the beverage distribution operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of supplier policies and freshness standards
• Forklift experience preferred; forklift certifications required
• Analytical and mechanical aptitude
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making
• Attention to detail and organization
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Ability to operate voice-picking, scanners and computers
• Steel-Toed safety shoes required
• Company-paid uniform worn at all times

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick customer orders for next day delivery
• Locate products using voice pick technology
• Build pallets from orders and organize on the pallet
• Ensure correct quantity and type on pallets
• Mark pallets with labels and identifying information
• Perform other duties as assigned
