Job summary

Frank Beverage Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Beer Picker to join the Onalaska, WI facility. You will select and build customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while maintaining safety and organization.

Previous forklift experience is preferred, and you will operate voice-picking equipment and scanners. The role is on a 3rd shift schedule (4:00pm start), with 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, and opportunities to grow within a family-owned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required/preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
• Experience with forklifts is preferred and forklift certification may be required.
• Ability to learn and operate voice picking and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick customer orders for next day delivery.
• Locate products using voice pick technology.
• Build pallets from orders and organize them on pallets.
• Ensure correct quantity and product type on pallets and label pallets.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
