Job summary

Frank Beverage Group is hiring for a 1st Shift Warehouse Picker at our Wisconsin distribution operation. The role uses a voice-picking system to build pallets by selecting cases quickly, accurately, and safely.

Responsibilities include locating and picking beer products, assembling correct pallet orders, operating voice-picking software, and driving riding pallet jacks and forklifts throughout the shift. Candidates should be able to lift 45 lbs regularly, work well solo or on a team, and stay

Qualifications

• Experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision; self-motivated.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 45 pounds on a consistent basis and up to 175 pounds on an occasional basis.

Responsibilities

• Accurately locating and picking beer products for orders
• Building correct pallet orders with picked beer products
• Use voice picking program to ensure speed and accuracy when picking beer products
• Drive riding pallet jacks and forklifts consistently throughout shift
