Job summary

Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group Company, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor Night Shift in Springfield, OH. The role oversees daily warehouse operations, leading 10–25 associates, ensuring accurate order pulling and safe, efficient work practices.

Salary is $60,000–$65,000 with KPI bonus potential, and shift runs Monday–Friday from 1:00 AM until completion. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage from day one, a 401(k) with company match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time

Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory management.
• Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates warehouse activities: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping for the shift.
• Leads 10–25 warehouse associates: hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, mentoring.
• Ensures timely, accurate order pulling and proper loading of shipments; completes paperwork.
• Maintains FIFO procedures and proper stock rotation.
• Drives safety and quality by enforcing health and safety programs and policies.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager; monitors productivity and suggests improvements.
• Uses warehouse management systems to maximize productivity and analyzes performance.
