Core-Mark is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor Mid Shift in Springfield, OH to oversee daily warehouse operations and a team of associates. You will manage receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping, while ensuring accurate orders and proper truck loading.

The role emphasizes safety, productivity, and leadership in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of warehouse operations plus supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of warehouse operations experience.
• At least 1 year of experience leading and supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates warehouse activities (receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping) for the shift.
• Supervises warehouse associates, including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and mentoring staff.
• Ensures timely, accurate order pulling and proper loading of orders on trucks.
• Ensures FIFO procedures and proper stock rotation.
• Promotes safety and ensures compliance with health and safety programs.
• Coordinates pick planning with the Warehouse Manager.
• Monitors productivity through the warehouse management system and suggests improvements.
• Handles building security after shift when needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
