Job summary

Performance Food Group, through its Core-Mark division, is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Springfield, OH. The role involves moving products with forklifts/pallet jacks and ensuring safe, accurate handling of inbound/outbound inventory.

Shifts are part-time mornings (6am–12pm) or mid-morning to early afternoon (8am–2pm). Pay starts at $15.50/hour+, with full-time growth opportunities and benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift 10–90 pounds and up to 60–90 pounds depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Able to obtain forklift certification.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Moves and tracks inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse.
• Offloads, stocks, selects, and replenishes products.
• Maintains safety and clean work areas and follows company procedures.
• Performs end-of-shift tasks such as charging power equipment and recording activity.
• Maintains inventory integrity and supplies area with products.
