Core-Mark International in Springfield, OH is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor for the mid-shift to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team of associates, and ensure accurate inventory handling and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, experience with warehouse procedures and inventory management systems, and the ability to drive productivity while maintaining quality, accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of warehouse operations experience.
• 1+ year of experience leading and supervising a team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Hires, schedules, trains, coaches, and mentors staff to ensure effective performance.
• Ensures accurate order pulling and proper loading for trucks and trailers, with complete paperwork.
• Maintains FIFO stock rotation and proper stocking of received goods.
• Promotes safety and adherence to health and safety policies.
• Coordinates pick planning with the Warehouse Manager.
• Utilizes WMS and other technologies to maximize productivity.
