Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Night Shift Lead to oversee a warehouse team on Sunday-Wednesday, 05:30 PM – 04:00 AM. You will manage daily operations and ensure inventory accuracy and on-time order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2 years of warehouse experience, 1 year SAP, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners. You’ll train staff, assign tasks, enforce safety and 7S standards, and coordinate with management to deliver reliable service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and timely orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; recommend performance improvements.
• Properly utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish, maintain and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies.
• Safely operate equipment and tools.
• Provide support and backup to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
• Catalog and track goods and/or supplies.
• Adhere to the 7S program by maintaining a clean environment.
• Work safely to protect team members.
