Job summary

Ericsson in Lewisville, TX seeks a Warehouse Lead for the overnight D Shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM, Wed/Fri, plus alternating Saturdays). You will supervise the warehouse team, drive daily targets, and manage material receipt, preparation, and shipping of finished goods.

The role requires a high school diploma, warehouse supervision experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with warehouse management systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the warehouse team to achieve daily targets and maintain productivity.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching to team members.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
• Oversee material preparation, goods issuance, packing, and labeling.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate to identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain inventory levels across storage locations and monitor KPIs.
