Job summary

Red River Commodities is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations in Fargo, ND. You will coordinate with team members to meet production and shipping schedules, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold quality standards for wildlife products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff in receiving, storing, picking, and shipping products.
• Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor workflow to meet productivity goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct regular audits.
• Prepare shipping documents and maintain records.
• Promote safety and enforce PPE usage.
