Job summary

Red River Commodities is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure on-time delivery. The role partners with team members across departments to maintain inventory accuracy and drive warehouse efficiency.

Shifts: 1st 6:00am-4:30pm; 2nd 4:00pm-2:30am; Pay: $19.00-$22.00 plus pay for skills and $2 shift differential. Location: Fargo, ND. Must lift up to 50 pounds and operate forklifts and pallet jacks, with PPE and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.
• Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments and document discrepancies.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Use WMS or manual processes to track orders.
• Prepare shipments with accurate labeling and packing; maintain shipping docs.
• Perform quality checks on products and packaging and report issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and report hazards.
• Support inventory counts and reconcile records with physical stock.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues.
• Adhere to safety policies and PPE requirements; participate in training.
