• Schedule and supervise the warehouse team to meet fulfillment center demands.
• Ensure coverage of tasks and reassign duties to maintain workflow.
• Report progress to Warehouse Manager and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor inventory and shipment accuracy; train inventory staff if needed.
• Maintain clean storage areas and oversee equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure on-time dispatches and correct quantities.
• Implement health and safety procedures and training.
