Job summary

Freight Breakers LLC in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead floor operations, train associates, and ensure safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• Hands-on forklift experience required.
• At least 1 year in a warehouse lead, team lead, or supervisory role.
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, shift logs) and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the Floor: Direct, train, and support warehouse associates to maintain productivity, quality, and retention.
• Drive Shift Production: Oversee unloading operations, operate equipment as needed, meet customer turn-times and KPIs.
• Maintain High Safety Standards: Enforce safety, proper equipment operation, and dock procedures.
• Coordinate Operations: Act as a point of contact between on-site staff, leadership, and customer management.
• Track Shift Metrics: Document daily output, containers completed, and equipment checkouts.
