Job summary

Freight Breakers LLC is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor for our Fort Mill, SC site on the 3rd shift. You will lead floor operations, supervise associates, and drive production while operating equipment alongside your team.

The role requires forklift experience, leadership, strong communication, and reliability. Base pay is $17 per hour with $5 per container closure and per-truck production pay, plus comprehensive benefits; schedule is Sunday to Thursday, 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, on-site.

Qualifications

• Valid hands-on experience operating a stand-up forklift is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse lead, team lead, or supervisory role.
• Willingness to work actively on the dock floor, unloading and coaching side-by-side with your team.
• Strong verbal communication skills and basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, inventory/shift logs).
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the Floor: Direct, train, and support warehouse associates to maintain high productivity, quality, and retention.
• Drive Shift Production: Oversee unloading operations, jump on equipment when needed, and ensure customer turn-times and KPIs are met daily.
• Maintain High Safety Standards: Enforce safety compliance, safe equipment operation, and clear warehouse dock procedures.
• Coordinate Operations: Serve as a reliable point of contact between on-site associates, facility leadership, and customer management.
• Track Shift Metrics: Document daily shift output, completed containers, and equipment checkouts accurately.
