Job summary

Freight Breakers LLC in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead floor operations. Base pay is $17.00/hour with $5.00 per container closure and additional production pay per truck unloaded.

Schedule is Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM, with overtime on Fridays or Saturdays as needed, on-site full-time. You will direct, train, and support warehouse staff, oversee unloading operations, enforce safety, and coordinate with leadership and customers to meet

Qualifications

• Valid hands-on experience operating a stand-up forklift.
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse lead, team lead, or supervisory role.
• Willingness to work actively on the dock floor, unloading and coaching side-by-side with the team.
• Solid verbal communication skills and basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets).
• Reliability with strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Preferred: 3PL, cross-dock, or production-pay environment experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the Floor: Direct, train, and support warehouse associates to maintain high productivity, quality, and retention.
• Drive Shift Production: Oversee unloading operations, jump on equipment when needed, and ensure customer turn-times and KPIs are met daily.
• Maintain High Safety Standards: Enforce safety compliance, safe equipment operation, and clear warehouse dock procedures.
• Coordinate Operations: Serve as a reliable point of contact between on-site associates, facility leadership, and customer management.
• Track Shift Metrics: Document daily shift output, completed containers, and equipment checkouts accurately.
