Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 4+ years of experience supporting many areas of a warehouse.
• 4+ years of experience operating powered lift equipment.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow through on projects and multitask.
• Knowledge of Internal Operating System(s) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lead a team by example and show initiative.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.

Responsabilités

• Ensure product is shipped accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety practices.
• Lead and train employees, including on-the-job and safety training.
• Generate and maintain reports; input and verify data.
• May operate RF unit and powered lift equipment.
• Coordinate with trucking dispatchers for pickup schedule changes.
• Check out/return equipment and meet delivery deadlines.
• Maintain a safe, neat, and clean work area per safety rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
