Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime including extended hours based on business demands.
• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment preferred.
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding work in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with warehouse technology such as RF scanners or voice systems preferred.
• Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations.
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and/or labor management systems.
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
