Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator at our Lebanon, TN distribution center. The role suits candidates with warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience who value safety, accuracy, and dependable performance.

In this position you will safely operate powered industrial equipment, pick and move products, and use RF scanners or voice systems to support inventory accuracy. A strong attendance record and commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Overtime required as business demands; extended hours possible.
• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping or receiving experience preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks) preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights up to 30 feet.
• Familiarity with warehouse tech such as RF scanners or voice systems.
• Regular and reliable attendance in a fast-paced environment.
• Committed to safety policies and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment per OSHA and Ferguson procedures.
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product.
• Use RF scanners, voice systems, and labor management systems daily.
• Build and organize pallets to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety with SOPs.
• Communicate effectively with team; support a team environment.
• Keep workspace clean, organized, and safe; assist housekeeping.
• Follow safety requirements, including PPE and fall-protection when needed.
• Participate in team meetings and relay concerns to management.
• Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.
