Johnson Brothers Liquor Company in Omaha, NE is seeking a Night Shift Clerk to handle warehouse administrative duties, batch processing, inventory control, and driver check-in.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in warehouse/shipping, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and AS400, and strong communication and organizational skills. Evening shifts, 4-day week, competitive hourly pay with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in warehouse and shipping operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and AS400.
• Analytical and strong organizational skills.
• Professional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work 4 days per week, with a 4pm start.

Responsibilities

• Will call and direct bill processing
• Receive and process point of sale orders
• Cycle count warehouse locations for accuracy
• Review load audits for accurate times for loss prevention
• Process repacked cases for restocking
• Enter and slot new items into warehouse for night production
• Schedule deliveries with carriers, purchasing department and independent carriers
• Inspect deliveries to ensure they match order and invoice criteria
• Receive and sign for all deliveries
• Unload deliveries from inbound carriers including trailers, containers, dock trucks and vans
• Process claims and returns with warehouse, purchasing, accounts payable, distributors and independent carriers
