Job summary

Johnson Brothers is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our wine, spirits, and beer distribution team. You will handle picking, packing, truck loading, and shipping in a fast-paced environment, using scanners and forklifts to ensure accuracy and safe handling of alcoholic beverages.

Shifts start at 5:30pm, with 10–12 hour days, four-day work weeks (Monday–Thursday). Full-time benefits include medical, dental, 401(k), paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in warehouse picking/packing preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and scanning devices safely.

Responsibilities

• Issue, receive, pick, and transfer products to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Use handheld scanners to pick and ship items.
• Maintain set standards for order picking efficiency.
• Safely operate manual and power equipment including forklifts.
• Load products into delivery trucks and secure them to minimize damage.
• Inspect products and packaging for quality before shipping.
• Remove damaged products from inventory per procedures.
