Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our Iowa distribution team. You will pick, pack, load delivery trucks, and ship alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced environment, using scanners and forklifts while upholding safety standards.

We offer full-time schedules with four 10–12 hour shifts (Mon–Thu) and pay up to $24.00 per hour plus incentives. Benefits include health and retirement plans, paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift 40–60 lbs repeatedly.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Pick, receive, and transfer product to maintain accurate inventory.
• Use scanning devices to pick and ship products.
• Load products into delivery trucks safely.
• Ensure proper loading to minimize damage in transit.
• Check products and packaging for quality prior to shipping.
• Follow safety and cleanliness protocols daily.
