Job summary

Purple Mountain Solutions, Inc. is hiring an Overnight Warehouse Associate for the 11pm–7am shift in Milwaukee. The role focuses on accurate receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping, with emphasis on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with freight preparation, maintain inventory accuracy, and support daily linehaul and routing operations. Strong reliability and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate pallet jacks and forklifts; willingness to obtain certification if needed.
• Valid driver’s license preferred for operating company vehicles.
• Comfortable using basic warehouse technology and systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and safety mindset.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and organize freight for outbound shipments and assist with loading/unloading.
• Support daily shipping operations and maintain organized warehouse space.
• Perform inventory checks and cycle counts; ensure records are accurate.
• Communicate priorities and workflow updates with team and leadership.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and report maintenance concerns as needed.
