Job summary

Purple Mountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dependable 2nd shift Warehouse Associate to support evening operations in Milwaukee, WI. The role focuses on accurate inventory management, order fulfillment, and safe handling of goods in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products, while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Benefits include health plans, 401(k) match, PTO, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Experience operating or learning warehouse equipment (pallet jacks).
• Forklift certification is a plus or willingness to obtain certification.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (required only for operating company vehicles).
• Comfortable using basic technology and warehouse systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and organize freight for outbound shipments.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Support daily shipping and linehaul operations.
• Maintain organized warehouse space and safety compliance.
• Perform inventory checks and cycle counts.
• Ensure orders are processed correctly and on time.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Assist with training new team members when needed.
• Report maintenance concerns and participate in incident reporting.
