Job summary

Uline, a family-owned distributor, is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Pleasant Prairie, WI to direct our 1,000,000-square-foot facility stocked with over 43,000 products. You will manage nightly operations and lead a dedicated team to deliver legendary customer service.

Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 8:30 PM to 6:00 AM. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety and performance with opportunities for growth and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated warehouse supervisory / management experience.
• Equipment such as forklift and reach truck experience is a plus.
• Performance metrics and Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage nightly warehouse operations, including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels and conversion.
• Lead and develop a team of warehouse employees to deliver legendary customer service.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, safety and performance in nightly warehouse operations.
